People post when they’r upset. I have been on the same boat but after I met Dave (Natomas/Roseville), I switched to GHS. I recently extended my 3 year contract with them and am getting another system for a rental house. He has provided us with excellent customer service, is always there for me. I do not like to call 1800 numbers and get the run around and one call or text to Dave – takes care of my issues…along with tech David, they have provided me the equipment I need, have serviced it whenever necessary and provided satisfying service and I can proudly call him a friend. I like the monitored smoke detector, the glass break sensors, the garage door sensors and app…down the road, I will look into their camera systems. I always tell people about these gadgets and try to recommend him….like I said, I have GHS because of Dave’s excellent service. He provides no pressure, follows up and is always a phone call away. Whether he is thanking, encouraging or even apologizing, he sounds genuine. I am satisfied by his service and GHS products and am happy to recommend him. Thanks.
