Customers moving after 12 months with 12 months of satisfactory on-time payment history are relocated for free. Customers moving after less than a year of satisfactory payment history with GHS are charged a relocation fee of only $99.

Simply fill out the form here, and we’ll reach out to your referral and get their customized security system set-up. Within 2-4 weeks, you will receive your $100 Visa gift Card in the mail. The GHS Theft Guarantee†:

Residential Customers. So long as our customers are current in the payment of their monitoring service and other fees, should they suffer a loss due to burglary of their monitored residential premises, GHS will reimburse the customer’s paid homeowner insurance deductible up to $1,000.

If the customer has a monitored smoke or high temperature (heat) sensor, GHS will also reimburse up to $1,000 of the customer’s paid deductible if they suffer a loss due to fire.

Business / Commercial Customers. Business customers that are current in the payment of their service and other fees: should you suffer a loss due to burglary of your monitored commercial premises, GHS will reimburse your paid business owner insurance deductible up to $1,000. If you have a monitored smoke or high temperature (heat) sensor, GHS will also reimburse up to $1,000 of your paid deductible if you suffer a loss due to fire.

  • Our obligations to customers under the GHS Interactive Theft Guarantee program are subject to the following:
    • (i) payments are limited to one reimbursement per occurrence and one occurrence in any 36-month period,
    • (ii) our monitoring center must receive an alarm signal from your premises at the time of the occurrence, and
    • (iii) within 30 days of the occurrence causing the loss you provide us (a) a copy of your filed insurance claim, (b) proof of your payment of the deductible portion of your homeowners insurance, (c) a copy of the declarations page from the insurance policy, and (d) copy of either the police or fire report documenting the loss. This program may be modified or discontinued upon 30 days prior notice to you, and is void and unavailable where prohibited by law.
Customer Referral Bonus Program:

Refer friends or family and receive a $100 Visa Gift Card! If your referral signs up with GHS, you will be mailed a $100 Visa Gift Card within 4-6 weeks.( As long as you have notified us of your referral, depending on when that person signs up and has their GHS system installed, your gift card will be mailed out 2-4 weeks after their installation. There is no limit on how many accounts our customers can refer to GHS. For every person that you send to us that signs up for a GHS Security System, you will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card.
